Immediate opening for an inside sales associate position at our Orlando, Florida office. This position is responsible for responding to incoming customer inquiries on GTA products, producing pricing quotations, order entry, account maintenance of subscription based product renewals, and follow up with customers after the sale. This position is not telesales. Ideal entry level position for candidates with a technical background who desire to learn more about applying technical knowledge in a practical work environment. GTA offers an innovative, casual work environment with an opportunity to learn about sales, networks and Internet firewalls.
