Extended Warranty
NOTE: Support offerings are available only to GTA customers based in United States and Canada. International customer should contact their authorized GTA Channel Partners regarding GTA’s Annual Maintenance program or localized support offerings.
GTA offers an extended warranty on firewall appliances. This program extends the basic warranty for 12 additional months. Extended warranties must be purchased prior the end of the existing warranty period. Or may be purchased within 13 months of the original purchase date, providing that the unit is in working condition. No up-and-running or other technical support is included under the extended warranty.

Should a GTA product need repair while covered under the extended warranty, the customer is responsible for return of the product to GTA. GTA will return the unit to the customer via ground shipping. Priority shipping is available at additional costs.
