Because this site uses 128bit strong encryption you will need to use a current browser, Internet Explorer 5.01, Netscape Communicator 4.7 or later browsers.

First you will need an account:

1. Go to the GTA On-Line Support Center. Click on "New Account" and complete the details marked with an asterisk. Choose your logon account name and password, and a hint to remind you of your password if you forget it.

   Click “Add” at the bottom of the page. If the account name is already in use, you will be asked to re-complete the details and select a different login name. If your login name is unique, your account will be created, and you should click on the Log on link.

   After logging in, select "Support Center" to open up a list of options including product registration and downloads.

2. Click on Product Registration to register your GTA Firewall.
    
3. You will need the serial number of your GTA Firewall (available from the web and GBAdmin management interfaces under Basic Configuration: Preferences) and the activation code (the feature code, available within the management interfaces under Basic Configuration: Features).
    
4. Enter the Purchase Date and Reseller from whom you purchased your GTA Firewall. For the contact/location information, leave the “use my profile information” checked, as long as it is appropriate, otherwise fill in the correct details for this GTA Firewall. When you have finished, click Save at the bottom right of the page.
    
5. Once the product registers successfully, when you return to the Support Home, all the other areas and downloads are now available to you.

   If the product registration fails for any reason, please email us at support@gta.com with details of your account name, serial number and activation code and we will look into the problem.
