Single Version Upgrade
NOTE: Support offerings are available only to GTA customers based in United States and Canada. International customer should contact their authorized GTA Channel Partners regarding GTA’s Annual Maintenance program or localized support offerings.
GTA is continuously improving our GB-OS System Software which powers all GTA firewalls and provides the foundation for Internet security. As improvements warrant it, GTA will release new versions of the GB-OS System Software. This usually occurs about twice a year, but could be more or less depending on revisions.

For those customers who wish to purchase software upgrades without a support contract, GTA offers single version upgrades. Customers who purchase this option are provided via email, instructions and an access code to download the latest version of GB-OS System Software.

Please note - no technical support incidents are provided with single version upgrades. To obtain technical support on a new version, you will need to purchase a GTA support options.
