| What is the difference between Surf Sentinel and Surf Sentinel 2.0? |
With the release of GNAT Box System Software version 3.5, GTA will be incorporating support for Surf Sentinel 2.0, powered by Surf Control technologies. Surf Control is one of the industry leaders in content filtering, and GTA is proud to be one of the first firewall manufacturers to incorporate Surf Control’s OEM content filtering solution.
As Surf Sentinel and Surf Sentinel 2.0 are based on different web filtering engines, there are some differences between category names and content rated. For more information on Surf Sentinel 2.0, please visit www.gta.com/options/contFilter/. |

| Why did GTA introduce Surf Sentinel 2.0? |
| We believe Surf Sentinel 2.0 will provide a more consistent, reliable content filtering solution for our Surf Sentinel customers, and a more comprehensive and cost effective method to obtain reporting for our Surf Sentinel Plus customers. Surf Sentinel 2.0 will incorporate a revised content filtering category listing. |

| What changes will be required if I convert my subscription to Surf Sentinel 2.0? |
| When the activation code for Surf Sentinel 2.0 is entered, Surf Sentinel 2.0 category options are established at the default settings. To implement your company’s Internet Access Policies, you will need to reselect the Surf Sentinel 2.0 categories for each ACL group. |

| If I convert to Surf Sentinel 2.0 may I revert to Surf Sentinel at a later date? |
| Please make your selection carefully, once Surf Sentinel 2.0 activation codes have been generated there may be additional subscription or administrative charges to revert to Surf Sentinel or Surf Sentinel Plus. |

| What if I have more questions and am not prepared to make this decision at this time? |
GTA advises if you need additional time to consider which Surf Sentinel product best meets your needs, that you wait to upgrade to GNAT Box System Software version 3.5 until you have considered your content filtering options.

| Surf Sentinel and Surf Sentinel Plus subscription renewal will not be available after March 30, 2004. |

| When is the last date to update to GNAT Box System Software version 3.5 and convert to Surf Sentinel 2.0 at no charge? |
| No charge conversions are available to customers who update to GNAT Box System Software version 3.5 and select convert to Surf Sentinel 2.0 on or before May 30, 2004. |
